On a spur of the momentum trip to purchase a car in Pismo, they were able to answer several questions about proper procedures and necessary paperwork, via phone.
They even texted me some of the information because I was driving and could not take a call. Parking was my only issue, due to not knowing which entrance to use, and how big my truck is... When I stopped by for more clarification they had pricing clearly posted, and were quick, friendly and efficient. ( I'm never going to the DMV office again!!!)
