    This is my first review. I am new in town and did not know where to purchase quality weaving hair. Went to the only place known to my friends (Sallys) HORRIBLE!!! Luckily someone told me about "A Touch of Elegance". Meeting the owner(The most beautiful spirit inside and out) was one of the best days I have had since I have been here. I highly recommend her and her shop to any and everyone looking for wigs, weaving hair, turbans, and any hair alternatives to go see Vicki at A Touch of Elegance The name says it all! !!
